Once you have registered for the Nashville Bouchercon you will receive an email with a code to be able to make a room reservation at the Gaylord.You MUST have at least one registered attendee in each room to use this room block. If a room is reserved and we do not have a matching convention registration we will get in touch with the non-registered guest.

Non-registered convention attendees will be removed from our room block at our convention room rate. Our special room rates are only for Registered Bouchercon Convention Attendees.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required at the time of reservation to hold the room. The hotel does NOT charge a deposit.
The cancellation policy is 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit 1 night Room & Tax
Complex Shuttle
Gaylord provides a complimentary shuttle. This shuttle makes a loop between the hotel (the Inn at Opryland), the Gaylord Resort and the Opry Mills Mall and back. The shuttle begins at 7:50am until 7:00pm daily and runs continuously. **Please note this schedule is subject to change**
7:50am-10:00am – between the Inn at Gaylord Opryland
10:00am-7:00pm – loops between the Inn, Gaylord, and the Opry Mills Mall
